Introduction

When a disease outbreak happens, it can cause widespread illness and disruption to business services.

In the event of a pandemic outbreak, you can play a key role in protecting your health as well as in limiting the negative impact on the organisation’s activities.

The aim of this policy is to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of our employees and others who may be affected by our work activities during a pandemic and to adopt measures and follow advice guidelines given from Government Public Health bodies and comply with all relevant health and safety legislation…

Attending customers premises

We would like to ask all customers to confirm that they are NOT self-isolating and have not been in contact with anyone who has confirmed or symptoms of Covid-19.

Engineers are unable to enter a building or customer vehicle if a customer or anyone else is suspected of being infected.

On entering the building or vehicle, we would like to ask customers to follow government guidelines and practice social distancing from our fitters whilst they carry out their work.

Attending our shop premises

We would ask that customer DO NOT attend our shop premises if they are infected with Covid-19 or showing symptoms.

Keeping our employees & customers safe during a pandemic has been our top priority.
