Reconditioned goods supplied by C & T Locksmiths Limited are guaranteed for 3 months at same place of work and within normal working hours 9am-5pm Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays.

Our guarantee will be void if the work completed by C & T Locksmiths Limited is subject to misuse or negligence by any other party.

C & T Locksmiths Limited will not accept liability or guarantee for materials supplied by the customer or 3^rd party.

C & T Locksmiths Limited will not be held responsible for work that was not required or overlooked and not undertaken at the time.

  My kitchen window was locked in the closed position and would not open. The lock was not an ordinary lock so they had to place an order for another set.  2 previous locksmiths from other companies had looked at it and didn't take the job. C &T locksmiths went away and thought about how to tackle it and came up with a solution. It took a couple of days but given that other locksmiths had tried, it was worth the wait.
