The data received from you can be name, address, phone number or email address and vehicle registration and confirmation of identification for the prevention of crime or fraud.

Once the enquiry is received by us, your details will be used to contact you in order to respond to the original enquiry. No data is processed for the purpose of marketing.
Sharing your details
We will not share your details with any other third party, except for Police, Customs & Excise if lawfully required and vehicle part information that requires your ID V5 and vehicle registration number for key codes and parts to your vehicle. On rare occasions we may need to pass limited information to a sub-contractor to carry out some of the activities or direct delivery service for large items.
Once we have responded to your enquiry via email, phone, post, website or social media, all enquiries held on our computer system will be deleted 6 months from date of enquiry.
All jobs actioned and invoiced will be held for the lawful period of 6 years and then shredded via us or a shredding company on our premises with a member of staff present at all times and certificated.
The above applies unless required by law, Police, Custom & Excise to retain for longer.
C & T Locksmiths Limited protects the computers on which the data is received by password. The computers are kept on a secure site which is protected by an alarm system.
All passwords and locks on premises will be changed immediately if any member of staff leave our employment.

We do not keep credit card information; all merchant copies are shredded. The last 4 digits are noted on invoice for recognition purposes only. All staff are Enhanced DBS checked.
